The AGM was held on 23rd March 2014 at the Swaminarayan Temple, we are pleased to inform you that it went very successfully, with a good turnout of members. We had compliments from the members on the hard work done by the committee members. We had a few new members on board, and had resignations from Mrs Meera Bharadava and Miss Hemali Patel.
The following members were elected as office bearers.
Election of officials:
- Mr Dhirajal Lamba, 119 Portland Road, Hove BN5 5DP (01273 735515) re-elected as President.
- Mr Jignesh Agnihotri, 1 Mill Rise, Brighton BN1 5GD (01273 275710) elected as Vice President.
- Mr Mahindra Chauhan, 4 Lodge Court,Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5NU (01273 464139) elected as Secretary with Devesh Patel as Joint Secretary.
- Mr Pravinchandra Limbachia, 12 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1AH (01273 772955) remain as Treasurer with Joint Treasurer Ramanbhai Shah.
- Mr Chandrakat Metha as Public Relations,BMECP.
- Dr Amrut C Shah and Mr Ramanbhai Shah remain as Trustee.
- Enterainment :Hamirbhai Thakariya.
- Catering Committee: Manjulaben Shah, Dansukbhai Patel and Hamirbhai Thakariya.
