Kew Gardens Trip 2016 in Pictures

Basically Day started at 7.20am after everyone greeted in the car park at Withdean Stadium. Brighton and Hove coaches picked us up and we set off the drive to Cobham services. Had a coffee or tea, had Comfort break and set off to Kew Gardens! It rained but by the time we got there it just stopped. Then after distribution of entry tickets we sat on the Kew Explorer which took us around the Royal Botanical Gardens on 45 minute ride. Then we got off and visited the Hive, Princess of Wales conservatory, Pagoda, Treetop walk and palaces. We explored the plants and trees, ate a grand picnic, and had afternoon teas and coffees before setting off for the Swaminarayan Temple in Kenton. After doing Darshan we ate our lovely Gujarati feast at Pradips in Kenton, Middlesex. On the coach journey home Gopal took over the PA and gave information about future events and the guests were looking forward to them after the success of Kew Gardens trip. Finally Gopal gave a rendition of a few songs from newer and older Bollywood films which everyone seemed to enjoy! Happy Day with a great crowd!
