Meeting place, time & other important advice for Sunday 20/08/2017 (London Trip)

Just three days to go now for our Buckingham Palace & Duck Tour Trip. Everyone who is coming, please observe the following instructions & advice to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day:  Please note that we will be meeting at Withdean Stadium Car Park on Sunday 20th August 2017 at 7.00am. It will be a long day so please make sure you have your medicines, snacks and drinks etc with you, and keep them accessible throughout the day. If you are unwell before the trip please do not risk coming for obvious reasons, as it will be a long day. We aim to be back by 10.30pm, but this is of course dependent on traffic.  We request that everybody brings one plate of food and drink, disposable plates, cutlery and cups for a picnic around 12 noon or so.  If you are doing the DUCK  TOUR then I will give you separate instructions on the day. If you are not doing it, you may wish to book yourself a trip on the London Eye, Aquarium, Movie Museum or any other similar attraction. Please do this in advance online to save you trouble of queues. We will all need to meet back at the coach at around 11.45am approx. Please be punctual at all times, as we do not want to leave anyone behind, but cannot hold up the proceedings, so would have to continue without late individuals. Buckingham Palace is at 1.45pm so please make sure you meet after picnic at the designated point.  After Buckingham Palace we will go to a temple and then evening dinner at Pradips on Kenton Road in North London. After dinner we will leave for home to arrive at Withdean Stadium Car Park approx 10.30pm.  Many Thanks  Gopal A. Patel

Dhuleti Festival 2017

Information on the Powder colour bought from GCS on the day: Safety The powder is made from 99% corn starch and only 1% natural colours are used. It is skin friendly and bio degradable so no environmental issues to be concerned about. Tear open the sachet and you’re ready to powder. Although the powders are safe and non-toxic we do not recommend throwing directly in to eyes or mouth. Bleached or non-natural hair may hold the colour so may be best to pop some head gear on. A pair of cool funk shades will help keep most of the dust out your eyes and a dust mask is recommended. Remember have fun and play safe. ‘The powder is in your hands…. Whoosh!!’ Clothing & Body: Jump up and down, shake yourself, pat your clothes to remove most of the powder. You could even hoover yourself if you carry one round with you! Don’t wear your best designer clothes when intending to use these powders as they may discolour lighter items of clothing. Bleached or damaged hair could absorb some colour. Grass and Concrete: A light covering will wash away with the next rain shower but if there are heavier deposits then a hose and stiff brush will help to disperse the remains. Ingredients: The contents are 99% corn starch and the remainder is made of colorants. The powders are tested and confirmed as free from heavy metals. Many other Holi Powders will not match this parameter. The powders are tested and approved in the UK by SGS. The test reports show the ingredients meet the EU cosmetic regulation. User Instructions: Not for use by children under 3 years of age. Not for use by children who are under 14 and not in company of an adult! Easy to open sachet. Just tear open. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs flush with plenty of water. Do not eat! Skin friendly. Plant friendly. Environmentally friendly. Powder could will leave stains on lighter clothing. Wear items you don’t have to worry about. Can be mixed with water. Use outside or in well ventilated areas. Not for use indoors. Have fun! Clothing: A bit of common sense required here, do not wear your Sunday best! Although generally the powders wash out there is a high risk of them tinting lighter items of clothing. The risk will increase if your clothing gets wet prior, during or after powder application. Plain white t shirts are ideal as you can pick them up cheap enough plus they show off the paint powder. BY USING THESE POWDERS, YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE ABOVE AND THEY ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. PARTYGLOW LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THESE POWDERS. WE ARE HAPPY TO SEND SAFETY CERTIFICATES IF REQUIRED
